Policy
I am not an in-network provider, however I will provide an insurance form for you to submit to your insurance company if you'd like. Payment is due at time of service by cash, check, paypal, or credit card.
Fee for individual therapy or parenting consultation is $195 for 50 minutes. Couples and family therapy are $220.00. Some sliding scale appointments may be available. Please ask.
Cancellation is required 24 hours before appointment or the full fee will be charged, unless we can find a time to reschedule within the week.
